I am Trying to make a certain type of youtube video and i want to use a voice changer to a high pitched voice.How do i change my voice with a Voice Change
You can download a program called ';Audacity';, it's freeware, allows you to change the pitch of anything, and allows you morph it in anyway possible, hope this is useful for you (Y)
