I need to chance lyrics to a song to make a spoof and I have no idea how to change it wothout a voice change. It also needs to be online without downloading anything.

You can do it with audacity. It may take a few years, but it's possible. There are probably about 90,000 samples per second of recording. You have to change each one, one at a time, by hand. You need a karaoke version of the song that has just the music. Then you can say whatever words you want.
Get a blank track either online or dowload it. Some songs dont have them but there outthere.
