When will my voice change to a more mature tone?

I have gotten my period, developed breast and all of the above. But well my voice sounds really 'little girly'! My youtube boyfriend met me in person yesterday and he was like how I sound like a child and I was so sad after that. I kind of forgot that but yeah when will it change?When will my voice change to a more mature tone?

when you dont notice
a womans voice slowly develops until they are 30 or so.
Evry individual's voice tone b'comes mature'd only aftr completion of 13yrs of age....(wen u become a teenager). U wont notice it bt others will tell U.
