How can you change voice from male to female in audacity?

I want to change a guy's voice from male to a female voice in audacity. Is that possible tho? Everytime I change the guy's voice, his voice sounds more high pitched and chipmunked rather than a female's voice.How can you change voice from male to female in audacity?

Male and female voices use different ranges and different mixes of frequencies.

The same note played on a piano and a guitar sound different.

If the pitch of either is raised they still sound like a piano or guitar.

The pitch can be changed but the frequency range of the instruments is specific to each.

The same principal applies to human voices.

That's as much as you can do with Audacity.
