For about 2 years, I guess I've been having a hard time speaking... My voice isnt really deep, its a little high pitched and its low. So it's kind of hard for me to speak loud. I want to have a more rock n' roll type voice for post grunge and hard rock stuff. My voice changed a little after training it to be more baritone like scott stapp from Creed, however the progress is slow and I don't know of any other way to change my voice to the one I want. But, the actor obviously talked a little high pitched, then they added a flanger effect to his voice. Probably very fast. It's possible that they may have added some other effects, (I was thinking of Chorus in Garageband, and maybe playing the altered voice on top of the normal version of the voice) but most likely in my opinion it's just a Flanger.
