Most common video editors have a pitch editor in which you can make your voice lower or higher. Just search for free video editors in google.
You could just slow it down in windows sound recorder.

you should buy one of those transformers helmets that makes your voice sound like optimus prime...worked for me. now I'M the leader of the autobots.
