After you access your Voicemail and get through all of your messages you should have an option called personal option. IF it doesn't automatically promt the menu for that, try pressing # on your cell. From there, like I said, should be an option for personal options (such as greetings). From there it will prompt you and just follow it through. Hope this helps. :)
