I am a male tg as far as looks go I pass not to bad but my voice is a dead give away I want/need to change this! can anyone help?How can I change my voice from male to female?
You could see a speech therapist; most of them have some experience in this area.

Or there's some excellent advice and techniques here;

Whatever you choose, it's going to take a long time, and a lot of work; there are no shortcuts.

And (as I'm sure you already know) hormone therapy won't make ANY difference, and vocal chord surgery is dangerous, unreliable and of dubious benefit.How can I change my voice from male to female?
practise Kyle Minoque.

she isn't real either. She tries to sing from deep down throat, pretending she's still 15, whereas she's an old woman now. If she's managing, so can you!
I thought that hormone therapy changed the voice until I saw a documentary on transsexuals and learned that they did it with practice.

You'll have to learn to pitch your voice higher in your register; think a breathy Marilyn Monroe sound. With constant practice you'll make it a habit to always pitch your voice there rather than in your once-normal bass.
Heve you ever considered female hormones. I think estrogen is the one that makes your voice lighter over time. I know this is kind of drastic....but it's a thought.
Lol..it goes with time.Give your self a chance practicing a specific tone that you think will be suitable for your throat.After you have practised for a while you will have to speak with it in front of people as it doesn't need shy people to be able to get used to it.

For advise,at first people will think you are a gay or you are maybe crazy.Then it will then be your voice whenever you need it.

But i would explicitly say just be yourself rather than imitating another part of which is not yours,Just accept it and be proud.Though a choice is yours.
female hormones, like that other guy said. although, i don't think the effects are permanent. i think you have to continue taking them for the effect. if you want something that is a procedure and then you can be done with it and there is no matinence involved, surgery would be your only truly effective option. i suppose it depends on how much you are willing to spend.
Hi,

Yes that麓s a real problem, the voice... so many of us we pass so nicely till we talk ... anyway speech therapy, singing lessons are necessary. On your own you can try to talk in the highest voice you reach, you麓ll notice the Adam麓s apple situated in an upper position than when you talk normally...

In Spain the most famous transsexual women (and I have it too) a severe voice like any hard smoking woman has...
