How can I change my voice on the computer?

I need to be able to change my voice on my computer when I type a text somewhere. Can you please help me?How can I change my voice on the computer?
The voices: Microsoft Sam and Microsoft Mary are included with Microsoft's speech engine (which can be freely downloaded from the Microsoft website).



These are the only two ';free'; voices. All other voices are either bundled with some software application or are sold separately. Most voices cost between $25 and $35.
