I see youtube blogs/videos sometimes when people make there voice high-pitched and funny sounding and Just for fun I want to do it..but I dont know where to go to change my voice on my laptop..or if there is something i have to download for that..How to change my voice while recording videos?
get a pitch changer, there are a lot of movie editors out there that have sound editors built-in, with a pitch changer you may have to rip the sound from your video then change it and then mess around with syncing your voice to the video, so I wouldn't really recommend that, but check around google for video editors with voice changing functions
