All you have to do is, first record changed voice then copied that on muted video. You must mute video or when recording to do not record audio later you can copy changed voice on it.
Voice changer is good but costly.
I will suggest check 2nd link, CFS-Technologies Speakonia is a FREE Text-To-Speech I like this one because I can use many languages and even set the voice pitch. We can also make robot voices. Just type the text and convert. Better read help files too.
