ok so i want to watch a youtube video but it talks in chinese and i speak english. So is there some kind of online free voice changer I can make the people talk in english. Is there even anything at best buy or anywhere? I dont want anything i have to buy on the internet.How to change someones voice on a video?

Google are making some amazing strides.

Also, Google are indexing the words spoken on the audio track of videos so that you can search using keywords for videos whose audio track mentions your keyword. Check it out: http://labs.google.com/gaudi
So if Google is able to write down all the words spoken on an audio track for us, we can then translate it before using a text to speech engine to make the English audio track. Someone somewhere soon will write a clever website or desktop application to automate all of this for you. But this of course is from a purely technical perspective. Translation is always difficult and meaning can get lost in translation.
